Chicagoland Photographer | 2018 CHC Brand Model Search
So, I had this blog post all written out and the more I thought about it, I had to emphasize a few things. First off, I am not looking for girls that necessarily look like Models or what you might think a Model should look like. I know some of my past Reps or customers have been extremely gorgeous on the outside but I can assure you the reason you are drawn to their images is that their inner beauty also shines through. Like I always say I have the most amazing clients. I don't want anyone to feel as though looking great in pictures is unattainable just because you might not fit society's beauty standards, whatever you think those are. I personally love imperfections or any uniqueness that makes you who you are.

When I was your age I was totally into grunge (and I mean dirty jeans, flannel shirt around the waist and scratched up Doc Martens), a tomboy and certainly didn't feel or look like a model. I had acne and still deal with that as an adult. I know that not everyone always has an amazing time being a teenager. Not everyone is in the IN crowd and not everyone can always participate in the latest fashion trends. I would've wanted an opportunity like this when I was your age and I would love to show my children right now how I looked back then and what I was all about. There wasn't such a thing as Senior Pictures in Germany. Yep, it's pretty sad.
My main point I want to make sure I get across here is that I don't want anyone to feel left out! Because I believe I can bring out the beauty in everyone, whether my rep or not, as that has been my passion for over 15 years being a photographer. To help someone gain self-confidence and get over their insecurities, is literally what drives me and keeps me motivated. I want to show that everyone is perfect in their own way! Self-Confidence, Self-Acceptance and appreciating yourself are the key to happiness!

Being a CHC Senior Model is not a Beauty Contest and I don't cater to entitled beauty queens! Ha ha! I believe Beauty comes in all shapes and sizes. I am looking for a group of fun girls! You can be short, tall, thick, thin, ... All ethnicities are welcome! I believe Beauty shines from within and it's in the eye of the beholder anyway. The most important thing for me is that you have an amazing personality and are enthusiastic about the opportunity! Let's explore the possibilities!
What is a senior brand model and what do they do?
Senior Brand Models are an extension of my business and help promote my services. In today's day and age social media plays a big part in advertising and it's never been easier to reach a wide audience. So, don't worry you don't have to hand out flyers or cards to your friends, unless you really really want to.
My Senior Models should be extremely comfortable to talk about me on social media, posting pictures I took of them and giving me a shout out on a regular basis during their senior year. In return upcoming seniors get the possibility to earn extra photo sessions and can earn cash. I will provide my models with the digital advertising materials they need to help promote CHC-Photography, Inc.
To sum it up I am looking for upcoming 2018 High School Seniors that love life, love to express themselves (or can't wait to finally do so), are outgoing, self driven, friendly with everyone, stay away from drama, don't think they are better than everyone, have a cool sense of style (I can also help with that), are responsible and active on social media! It would be great if you have hobbies that can be incorporated into the session and if you have your own ideas for your photo shoots! Of course you should love my style of photography and feel excited representing me.
Whoa, I know that is a lot! If you are a bit shy but you are just waiting to burst out of your bubble and finally ready to show the world what's inside of you, then YOU are definitely who I want! I am looking for genuine, sweet girls that want to share their story with me and are willing to be open, so that we can also connect on a personal level.
Since I am a small business and I go all out for my Senior Model Reps, I only accept less than 10 seniors to represent me...so don't wait too long! I promise we will have an amazing time!
Note: All Model Sessions have to be done during the month of June 2017!
This will be your actual Senior Photo Shoot! I will offer a few group shoots with all my Models throughout your senior year. You can also earn extra individual shoots. We can go over the details over a cup of coffee! Please fill out my 2018 Senior form HERE (Update: Application closed! I have gotten too many applications, I will meet with the girls/parents and announce soon if I filled all spots or if I open it up again. Thank you all who applied!) and I will get back to you shortly! I will be accepting application until end of March or until spots are filled, which might be sooner rather than later. I already have 3 reps that I signed last year, so there really isn't a lot of spots available. I am super excited to work with you and make your senior year even more amazing!
Spontaneous. Dramatic. Editorial.
These 3 words truly describe my style of photography. I am super spontaneous, I will pull my car over if I see good light somewhere and take pictures right then and there. I love dramatic portraits that evoke a certain mood. I am all about cool locations and styling. I love editorial shoots because I am inspired by fashion and storytelling. My focus is never on the location or on the clothing, my focus is always on my subjects. I ask myself how can I truly represent someone in a portrait that feels honest and true to them. At the same time I try to draw out your personality and show a different side of you.
A big shout-out to my 2017 Reps. All of them have been beautiful inside and out. Working with them has been such a blessing! I hope I will get another group of such amazing girls!
