Before it got too cold I wanted to do a little shoot with my daughter. For her birthday we gave her a beautiful doll and I had bought an Anna outfit on ebay for the doll. Once Halloween was appoaching, I thought I'd be cute to buy the same outfit for Malina. The outdoor bed is my favorite location and the kids just love it. Malina loves to play tea party with her dolls...she would pour in and out of cups and pots all day if I let her! I used her great grandma Erika's fine china! It's very special but usually just stands around, so it's nice to see it being used and it fit in so well with the theme and colors. Of course we also used my vintage Praktika camera and an old looking glass from Malina's great grandpa Helmut! I miss my grandparents very much and it's so nice that through my photo shoots I can capture a little bit of those sentimental memories and use those special items with my children...
